    A friendly, reassuring presence while we work, ensuring you feel supported, not just "serviced."

  • Which areas do you serve?
  • We are currently launching in Port Macquarie (within 15km of the Post Office). 
     
  • What is a "Full Day" booking?
  • A standard day is 7.5 hours of service (plus a 30-minute break), typically from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. 

  • Is my funding guaranteed?
  • While many clients use Support at Home funding, it depends on your individual government assessment and provider. We can help you find the right questions to ask your provider.
